I stayed in this hotel in January 2011 for 5 days and in February 2011 for 7 days and it was very good and praiseworthy.
The staffs were incredible and rooms were good.
The hotel also provides free tuk-tuk service and organizes a variety of sightseeing tour.
Overall I recommend this hotel as it’s in a prime location with major attractions like Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon, Central World, Indra Shopping, Pratunum Shopping, Baiyoke Arcade, Platinum, Pantip Plaza and etc. and it’s very good for the value.

“Great room with the biggest bed!! Quiet and clean.”

The room was very spacious with the biggest bed I ever had in any hotel room!! Very impressive! The hotel is not fancy but simple, clean and with good service. Hotel is located in a walking distance from probably the biggest shopping area in BKK (3-4 shopping centers). And even though when you get to the main street it is very busy and noisy the hotel itself is located on a side street surprisingly quiet. Cons - Restaurant average at most.

I was attacted to the hotel by an amazing rate that was only available from the hotels website (1350 Bht). This was low for this area of Bangkok, but also the location near the new CityLink train station and the cleanliness shown in the photos helped with the decision. The hotel is located down a side street, and although on a map, is close to the Phaya Thai BTS/CityLink stations, in reality, due to one-way streets and no access, it was a good 15 min walk (not recommended if you are carrying luggage). The hotel advertises a free Tuk-Tuk, but its limited to taking you to the main road and will not come as far as the BTS station. We got a taxi from the Citylink tain station, which will cost 50 Bht if you insist they use the meter. If you do book here, you would be advised to get directions (in Thai) to the hotel off the website in advance, so as you can show to the taxi drivers - not many know of this hotel. The location can be an advantage or disadvantage depending on your views. The side street location means there is no crowds or hassle outside the hotel, and no traffic noise, although some rooms overlook the railway so you will hear the occasional slow train coming through. The hotel is about 5 mins from the main Pratunam shopping centres, and the computer geeks favourite, Pantip Plaza. Jumping on the free Tuk-tuk to save a 5 min walk works well, but it has to be called for if you want to do the same on your return. The rooms were spotless and well appointed, and when I visited, viritually all of the refurb work had been finished. The lobby is small, but functional with a free internet termnal in reception. There is also a small business centre adjacent, and the hotel has free WiFi on every floor. Breakfast was quite good for a buffet and replenished fairly regularly. There is also a small bar. The staff were very friendy and helpful. In summary, the hotel offers everything that a larger hotel would, but on a smaller scale and more personal level. Unless you want the hubbub of larger establishments, and dont mind a side steet location, then I would recommend this fully.
